Article I: Fundamental Privacy Architecture
Section 1.1 - Zero-Collection Principle
Weeka operates under an absolute zero-collection architecture. No personal data, usage information, or device identifiers are collected, processed, transmitted, or stored by Weeka or any affiliated parties at any time, for any purpose.
Section 1.2 - Local-First Design Guarantee
All computational processes, data storage, and application functions execute exclusively on the user's device. No network communications occur except those explicitly initiated by the user through device-native sharing mechanisms.
Article II: Scope of Non-Collection
Section 2.1 - Categories of Data NOT Collected
Weeka does not collect, access, or process:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, or any form of user identification

Device IDs, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, MAC addresses, or hardware specifications

Usage patterns, interaction logs, performance metrics, or analytical data

GPS coordinates, network-based location, or any geographic information

Fingerprints, facial recognition data, or any biometric identifiers

Section 2.2 - Technical Implementation
The application binary contains no code for:
- Automatic network transmission of user data
- Remote telemetry collection
- Third-party SDK integration for analytics
- Server-side data endpoints
- Cloud synchronization protocols
- Account creation or authentication systems
Section 2.3 - Exception: Technical Support Logs
Weeka maintains technical debug logs stored exclusively on your device containing:
- Application performance data
- Error messages and warnings
- Technical operations (no personal content)
These logs:
- Remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to share them
- Can be voluntarily sent to our support team if you request assistance
- Can be deleted at any time through app settings
- Contain no personally identifiable information by design
Article III: Data Sovereignty and User Rights
Section 3.1 - Absolute Data Ownership
Users maintain 100% ownership and control of all data created, modified, or stored through Weeka. This ownership is technically enforced through local-only storage architecture, not merely through policy.
Section 3.2 - User Rights (Self-Executing)
The following rights are automatically guaranteed through technical design:

Section 3.3 - Data Persistence and Deletion
- Installation: Creates local storage container on device
- Operation: All data remains in local container
- Uninstallation: Complete and irreversible deletion of all associated data
Article IV: Third-Party Interactions
Section 4.1 - No Third-Party Data Sharing
Weeka has no automatic capability to share data with third parties. No APIs, webhooks, or automatic data transmission protocols exist within the application.
Section 4.2 - User-Initiated Sharing
Users may choose to:
- Export data to PDF format for local use or sharing
- Send debug logs to our support team when requesting assistance
- Use device-native sharing features to export data
Such user-initiated actions fall under user control and, once shared externally, are subject to the receiving party's privacy practices.
Section 4.3 - Support Communications
If you contact our support team and voluntarily share debug logs:
- We use these logs solely to resolve your technical issue
- Logs are deleted after issue resolution or within 30 days, whichever is sooner
- No personal information should be contained in logs by design
- You may request immediate deletion of shared logs at any time

Section 5.1 - Verifiable Privacy

Section 5.2 - No Hidden Processes
- No background processes collecting data
- No dormant collection capabilities
- No conditional collection based on user actions
Article VI: Policy Modifications
Section 6.1 - Amendment Procedure
Updates to this policy will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date.
Section 6.2 - Notification Limitations
As we possess no user contact information, policy updates are communicated through app store update notes and this document.
Article VII: Dispute Resolution
Section 7.1 - Informal Resolution
Before pursuing any formal proceedings, you agree to attempt resolution through direct communication via support@weeka.app.

Article IX: Severability
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Article X: Entire Agreement
This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between users and Weeka regarding privacy practices and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
